Architectural Review Committee

An architectural committee's responsibility comes from the association's bylaws or CC&Rs. Members of the architectural committee are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the CC&Rs. They should be reviewing any applications for modifications, additions, or architectural changes in the community.

KAREN SYKES

Karen was born into a Montana family and went to junior high and high school in Missoula.  She left after high school and for many years lived in Denver and Hawaii. Then in 2016 Karen built my home in Bigfork and now lives here full time.  Her career was in airline management and after 25 years and has recently renewed her teachers licence and now spend much of my winter substitute teaching in the Bigfork schools.
